Challenges
Our client who blogs about articles to do with news that inspire social change needed a platform where she could post her podcasts and blogs.
Digital Two had to create a website that could allow Development Dispatch to do
In a short time, we needed to:
- Identify the core technologies that would allow us to build and roll out an effective blogging & podcast publishing platform solutions.
- Develop custom widgets to support the podcast player
- Set up analytics for data reviews
Solution
The Digital two team built and deployed a web solution. The solution was made using WordPress and custom widgets for podcast features on the website. We further provided hosting services on our super fast lite speed enabled servers
Things we did
- Developed and launched the website that allowed the client to post articles and publish podcasts.
- Implemented performance optimization techniques to ensure smooth playback of media through out the site
- On-page Search engine optimization
- Google search console and analytics integration
Results
The website was launched without any issues and we maintained an uptime of +99.9% all year round. We noted increased accessibility on the materials provided by the clients using download statistics on the podcasts posted on the website
